If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you
have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your
order. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask Us to repair or replace them or
get a refund. All returns are at the cost of you the customer and will not be refunded by Us. Please use our Returns Form.
If your returned good(s) have had their swing tag removed, the returns will not be processed. The removable of the swing tag will void your returned item(s).
All returns are quality checked, item(s) should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels and the swing tag attached, and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with Our Returns Policy.
If we find that items have not been returned to us in a fully reasonable condition, We reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount and in certain cases, can refuse to issue the refund and will return the garment(s) to the you the customer. Please note: Underwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If underwear items are returned to Us in error, items will only be sent back to the customer at the customer's cost.
We are unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics, any underwear including swimwear, where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.
Please be aware, item(s) will NOT qualify for a refund or return if they are:
- Item(s) are not in their original condition or there are any marks/makeup or general dirt on them.
- The item(s) are received in a poor condition, if they have been worn or indeed smell.
- The swing tags, and/or tags have been removed.
- You do not include a copy of the returns form with you items(s).
- You have not included your name and order number on the returns form.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, MadeToStyle.com will refund the monetary value of the goods
returned to Us, at the price you purchased them. For faulty and incorrect items received, MadeToStyle.com will refund your
original shipping costs (if applicable) or your returns postage.
MadeToStyle.com aim to process returns within 10 working days of receipt. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we cannot stop the original payer from knowing.
Exchanges are only accepted on a different colour/size of the same item. If an alternative item is required, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. To return/exchange your item: Items must be returned back to: MadeToStyle, Graphic House, Druid Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire, England LE10 1QH, UK, in their original condition with the completed returns form enclosed (please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement form if this is lost). If you are unable to return the original items to Us, you will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns of Faulty Goods
Please return your item(s) to Us within 30 days after finding the fault. If the swing tag has been removed returns will not be accepted at all! Please be absolutely aware of this. The removable of the swing tag will void your returned item(s). Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or We may not be able to provide a refund.
Cancelling a Contract Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
If you are a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with Us. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You will need to write to Us with notice of your cancellation.
